            I contracted with ******************************* at Maui Carolina Pools & Spas of *******, **, to put in a fiberglass pool and spillover tanning ledge. The contracted date to start the pool and ledge was May 3, 2021. It was to take a total of three weeks. Although the pool and ledge is in, it can't run without losing water. It majorly leaks! It HAS NEVER WORKED correctly and **** knew this. It loses water. I never paid the last 5% of the pool because he NEVER got it to work correctly and I was waiting for it to be fixed. The pool has sunk because of the excessive water going into the ground. I am scared to death of a sink hole and my pool going down with it. **** stayed the course on trying to rectify all the problems there was until last fall. Now he won't return my texts. He has put me in an awful position. I have been more than reasonable. No screaming or yelling, just frankness. And for that, I'm left with a pool where the tile is bowing, it has dropped into the earth and is uneven and a tanning ledge that is now stagnant and a breeding land for mosquitos. I would highly recommend going elsewhere!!!
