      In August of 2023, we asked THE GRILL DOCTOR (in ************) to repair our Jenn Air built-in-grill. We were told which parts were needed. Some parts were covered by the manufacturers warranty. Other parts, the main burn valves, unfortunately were not available from the manufacturer and needed to be sourced elsewhere. They were purchased thru The Grill Doctor. We paid $782.88 immediately for the valve order. In February 2024 we asked the status of the valves with no response. We called them numerous times thereafter with no response. In August of 2024, The Grill Doctor finally received the valves. Unfortunately, the valves did not fit the grill. On August 26 we asked for a refund and on the 28th they replied they would send the refund on Sep 19th, unfortunately there was no check. Two texts were sent to The Grill Doctor requesting the refund. Its now Oct 8 and there is no refund. They just keep giving excuses, saying they will refund the check, but never follow thru. ******.

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE GRILL DOCTOR!!!!!I live in ********* and in early February of this year I made a down payment of $6343.65 to The Grill Doctor for some outdoor kitchen equipment including a pellet grill, a power burner, and some stainless steel drawers and door. The balanced was to be paid when the order shipped. Towards the end of February, *******, the owner of the company contacted me and said the order shipped, so I paid the balance of $2718.71.Five months later ******* has only delivered the power burner which was $2,299.00 of the order. The remainder of the order has not been delivered. After losing faith in ******* being honest and trustworthy, I asked for a refund of my money. He admits in emails and texts that he owes me the money back but he has yet to repay any of it.All this is documented via emails and texts. I have a small claims court date in early September but I think the public should be aware of this shady business. A search on the BBB's website indicate he has done this to many other people.After patiently waiting, I reached out to ********* Grill Company and ordered the same items from them. Within two weeks, all items were delivered. They are a great company to work with.

      On 9/7/23 I paid $461.14 for a Big Green *** cleaning and replacement parts. ******* came and cleaned and was supposed to fix a broken BGE fire Bowl and fire ring. He did not have the correct parts and said he would come back to replace. After a week, I went and purchased a fire box and fire ring, which cost $189.99. At that time, I let ***** know I was replacing the items and they could just refund the cost, in which she agreed, via text, that my credit card would be credited on 10/23. On 11/2, my card had not been credited. On 11/9, I reached out again and was told, via text, that ******* was currently out of the office and they reminded him of the refund owed to me. on 11/17, I still had not heard back and called and texted, and was told, via text, that a check was going to be dropped off at my house on 11/28. On 12/1, still nothing. I received a text saying the manager had been away on a family medical issue and is responsible for handling refunds and that he scheduled a refund drop off at my house on 12/7 or 12/8. Still nothing. On 12/8, i received a text that said the technician is currently on a job site and behind schedule and would drop off a check on 12/12. I have received nothing and I am now getting texts back saying this number does not receive replies and to contact the business directly, in which I have tried to do via phone on several occasions. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

      ************ ordered a Napoleon grill $4000 paid for it in full coming up on two years ago January 25th . All I kept getting was one excuse after the other then finally when the grill came in they couldnt install it because they said it was raining yet I live in a development that is completely enclosed overhead. This went on for month after month after month. Finally, I said you aggravated me so much, I will just cancel the grill and just give me my money back, they told me Id have my money back last June in 14 days. I havent received anything back from this company they dont return any phone calls and when they respond to your emails its the same excuse weve been out of the office , its the holidays , finally I have a lawyer working with me to convince these people its time to pay up. Its almost 2 years now how much longer is ******* the owner of this business going to take to refund my money . The best is when I wanted my refund they told me to dispute it with my credit card company I said, why do I have to do that? That makes no sense at all. Well, we changed our system that doesnt matter you telling me that with the millions and millions of businesses out there today that you dont have the capability to credit a credit card back , so my credit card company finally told me that the dispute was over and that they werent going to do anything , I dont know what kind of scam they were pulling with the credit card company. Why should I have to file a claim when all Im waiting for is a refund , ******* the owner of this business has to step up to the plate and pay the refund , this doesnt make any sense at all . I worked with a woman *** there and she gives me one excuse after the other also on when Im going to get my refund. This establishment is called the Grill Doctor **********************************************************************************************************, but they also have another address that comes up under the Grill Doctor.

      I ordered a new Viking Grill from the Grill Doctor on 5/4/23 and they asked me to pre-pay for the entire amount up front $11K (big mistake)! However, after hearing numerous excuses about supply chain issues and being short staffed we never received the grill and have only received continued promises to install it in June, July, August, September, etc. Today (11/17/23), I went to their place of business and there was no one there. They don't answer their business phone and only send anonymous texts telling me that they will now install it in December. I'm convinced they never purchased my grill and used my money for some other aspect of their business, probably juggling their finances. My last contact was by text promising me that the President ************************* will call me but still have not heard from him. I will never use this vendor again and have no other choice but to pursue legal action. Do yourself a favor and never use this company or the other name they go by is Grill Medic. ****************

      We are out $4000 because we ordered a grill from ******* in April, 2023 and it still has not been delivered. Lots of dates for scheduled delivery and then excuses why they couldnt install. We have not been paid our money back yet even after asking several times. Police are involved! Call ************************* and file a complaint.

      This company is the worst. Ordered and paid for parts for fireplace on 3/24/23. Never returned to install the parts. No response to multiple calls and texts. Total scam. Should be in jail for theft.

      This company deserves zero stars. On January 9, 2023 I ordered a side burner for a new Delta Heat grill. I was told by ******* (owner) that is would be delivered in two weeks. He demanded full payment up front and like an idiot, I gave him it to him. As of today, I still do not have the burner. I have been given numerous excuses like delays from the manufacture to delays at the fabricator. Last week, I went to their show room to demand my money back and the office assistant said my best bet was to complain to ***************** **************** says that too much time had passed to seek satisfaction that way. My next step was the owner ******* who was apologetic and promised me that he would have it installed today August 25th. Today, I get a text from the office assistant asking if Tuesday or Wednesday would work. For eight months I have received nothing but lie after lie from this company. Do business with this company at your risk because I can assure you, they will never tell you the truth. I have never left a negative review until this one.

      One star is too many. This company is awful. They take your money and then stall and make promises week after week and you never get your equipment. Ive had a guarantee my grill would be in on every single Friday of the last month and now they want another two weeks. My advice would be to look elsewhere for you grill our outdoor kitchen needs. Never give them any money until the equipment has arrived. Their promises are worthless.

      The customer purchased appliances on 4/14/23- with 3-6 weeks for estimated arrival. Unfortunately, lead times can be subject to change due to the freight schedule and inability for distributor to ship items separately. Delta heat insulated jackt and Empire outdoor remote, and ********** cover was fulfilled and delivered to customer on 5/10/23. We offered $250 cash credit or full refund of the remaining item due (********** grill) if not able to deliver the following week. On 5/18/23, we received confirmation that the ********** was further delayed and we could have delivered to customer on 5/19/23- with $400 cash credit / instead of $250 for the delay. Or, he could opt for a full refund of the grill - which would take **** business days to process back to account. Customer declined offer and disputed charge for the grill.
