Consumer Beware! I brought my boat to these people for a minor repair. They were going to check to see if my shifter cables were operating correctly, as it was difficult to shift into reverse. ********************* promised this would be a quick review/repair and return correspondence the next week. They ended up having my boat for 10 weeks! The worst part, on week 8, ********************* sent me pictures stating that my whole bottom part (foot) of my motor was missing! After many arguments and no attempts at helping me as their customer, I contacted an attorney and the Lincoln County ********** Department to file a theft report. The owner *********************** contacted me stating he would ensure my boat was repaired completely and all parts supplied. However, the only thing they did was replace the missing foot. When I picked up my pontoon boat, the propellor was not installed, shifter cables still not repaired, wiring cut, and hydraulic trim motor still missing. I've done extensive research on this company. They have numerous lawsuits and negative reviews from their previous business and current one in ************** and **************. I am in the process of seeking litigation and will be posting "beware" reviews on these con-artists on all social media along with my **** followers.
