If I could give less than one star I would. I called ***** first in July 2024 to try to schedule my Classic Vintage boat that we show. I needed the 2003 Tohatsu 25 hp motor assessed and most likely carburetors cleaned and a general service.***** stated he was backed up and to call back in 2 weeks. I did so, and he told me I could likely bring it on Wednesday Aug 21st.I brought the boat up, and it's cover. The boat is very small. As I said I show the boat with the car and told ***** I needed care to be taken.***** assured me the job was simple, and that he would keep the boat covered and in good care.Weeks pass and I hear nothing. I call and leave message. ***** finally calls on Sept 17th. At first he asks who I am and what boat is it. Then he starts to give some excuses about his back, and he's busy, and maybe he can get to it in a "couple weeks".Mind you he's had the boat for just about a month already.I'm furious, and I tell him I want to just pick up the boat ***** hops off the boat, and hops on the tractor to move the boats around and "get mine out". Remember he say's his back is out and he can "barely hang on". But he's jumping around driving *********** boat is stuffed in the back against a building, buried behind a ton of other boats. The cover is only half on and the entire boat is full of water.I ask **** for at least a bucket but he shrugs and says he doesn't have any. I bailed the water out with a plastic shovel.***** left the boat partially covered for ******** finish is ruined now from all the water got up under my cover, and then baked in the ******** sun for 3 ******** once white boat is now yellow, and still not repaired.We will be taking Outboard Performance to court regarding the negligence of our boat while in his care. It will costs thousands to repair the finish.Buyer Beware!
