Hello, I just wanted to write this review to warn potential customers about this extremely sketchy and unprofessional car dealership. I recently purchased a truck from this dealer and was assured by the salesman that the truck was in great condition and did not have any major flaws. The salesman also assured me they offered a three month warranty on the motor and transmission if anything happens. After owning the vehicle for about a month just driving it around town, something in the vehicle's motor exploded and the transmission caught on fire. After this I contacted the dealership and spoke with the owner again and told him what happened. He then said he could call me back in an hour and he never did. So I called them again the next day and they said they would call me back when the owner was there. They never called back. Then I called a third time and got blown off again so I decided to confront them in person. When I went to the dealership which is 2 hours away and spoke with ***** and told him about my situation he said they would not cover any of the damages because I had driven over 1000 miles which is what they were now saying the warranty was for. When I purchased the vehicle I was assured 3 months not 1000 miles, but they are now changing what they said. When I told the owner that I was lied to about the warranty, a/c, power steering and transmission he told me that things could always be worse and I could be homeless so I should be grateful for what I have. I cannot believe that someone who is a business owner would speak to a customer like that, especially after I told him I recently lost many of my belongings during hurricane ****** and dont have the money to get another vehicle. I am now stuck with a melted vehicle, expensive towing fees, and no help from the person who sold me the truck just a month ago. I truly hope anyone reading this deeply reconsiders buying from this dealership after hearing about my experience.
