Buyers BEWARE Fleet Managers BEWARE THIS COMPANY US BOGUS , All the review below you read are factual, their so call VICE PRESIDENT CUSTOMERS SERVICE MANAGER MITCH B***** IS LOST IN HAVING A TITLE VERSUS DELIVERING UNPARALLELED CUSTOMER SERVICE — HE ACTUALLY SHUT MY ACCOUNT DOWN WITH OUT DISCUSSION OR RESOLVING THE PROBLEM!! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER IN THE WORLD ?? LEFT WITH PRODUCTS I PURCHASED AND CANT USE AND JUST SHUT MY ACCOUNT DOWN WITHOUT MY CONSCENT !! Their system has many bugs in it and their products have many defects , so despite the sales pitch beware I was a customer for over 6 years I have seen the good , the bad , the ugly , matter fact Mitch B***** will refer you to other company Brick house was one Instead of fixing the problem at hand . And he is far from being a Quality Customer Service Rep or a Quality Entrepreneurial delivery quality customer service or tries to build healthy partnerships! Dear ***, Thank you for your feedback. At Logistimatics, customer satisfaction is a top priority, and we take all feedback seriously. However, we must address the unique challenges in our interactions with your account. Our extensive support, including numerous in-depth communications, significant concessions, and over 300 support tickets, has unfortunately exceeded the scope of what we can reasonably provide. The tone and demands of your correspondence, as exemplified by this review, have been particularly challenging. We also express deep concern over inappropriate comments made towards our team, especially remarks on ethnicity. This behavior violates our commitment to respect and inclusivity and has led to uncomfortable situations for our staff. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for actions that make our employees feel unsafe or disrespected. In reference to the personal remarks about our colleague on this review, we find such public, derogatory comments unacceptable and harmful. It is against our ethos to tolerate discriminatory behavior. After thoughtful consideration of these ongoing issues, we have decided to terminate our business relationship. This decision, while difficult, is necessary to uphold a constructive and respectful environment for our customers and team. We believe this is the best course of action for both parties. ***** ******** - Our chat history shows that you were in contact with our customer support. It appears that there was an attempt to try and resolve your issue with a replacement sim card. Step by step instructions were provided in how to do so. In regards to how you may contact us, we have the chat support that you have already used, we also have a support ticket option that is through our website and we also have the ability to reach back out to you via phone should that be your request in either of the support requests. I have had this service for over a year And have just recently noticed that I have been charged 5 times over the course of the last few months for a one year subscription. I have reached out to the company and have gotten 0 response. I would really like for someone to take my emails serious and get back to me.Logistimatics Response

I cant believe the negative reviews!! I have had 2 trackers. One with audio and one without. I ended up losing the one without and couldn’t find it (i think an animal grabbed it and buried it). Then i lost the one with audio. That thing was on a freeway shoulder for a week got run over and i finally found it. It still works!!! Also the customer service while not the quickest responses were extremely friendly and helpful. This is a small company so they sometimes take a day to respond if they are busy. I would definitely recommend this company 10/10 for sure! Oh, and very affordable too!Logistimatics Response

Purchased several devices for asset tracking. Multinational corporation in the hospital product sector with significant presence on every continent. First started using Logistimatics services in 2018-2019 and was pleased with the hardware, software, and customer support. Since the beginning of 2022, customer service is non-existent, the app for iOS is buggy, and the web portal crashes repeatedly. We have been stranded for weeks waiting for a response from the client care team, as we're not able to generate a report from any of our devices. While waiting to be contacted, the 90-day window for data retention expired, and our data was lost. Additionally, we discontinued the payment plan on several devices because they would not be needed for 6 months, but Logistimatics blocked retrieval of data from any device that does not have an active subscription - essentially holding your data hostage, even if it was paid for under an active subscription from as little as 1 month prior (and still within their 90-day data retention window). They have offered to refund 1 month of service fees, but refuse to reimburse more than that due to the fact that the devices weren't defective at the time of use. We've been given the runaround on billing, generating invoices, getting help with the online portal, and the logistics of receiving product. They've removed a customer care telephone number from their website, and left us with bots instead. The company is in an absolute nosedive; we will be returning our units, and will not recommend to any of our other sites or to our partners.Logistimatics Response

At present, we have been contacted by Logistimatics through separate channels and have started a process to resolve the ongoing issues described in the original complaint (24 Nov 2022). I had purchased the equipment and everything was going OK until May and June they charge me 24.95 two months in a row. No one will reply back to my emails because they do not have a number for you to talk to them. So I had my bank to file a dispute against them. They suspended my services because of this matter. They sending several emails saying that they will resolve the problem if I drop the dispute with my bank which I told them I did not have that type of money sitting around for them to take it out of me twice and I live paycheck to paycheck. I would not advise no one to use these people because they are not right their customer service is horrible.Logistimatics Response

like the others have noted, this company is quite possibly the worst I’ve ever encountered in any industry. They off absolutely no solutions for any problems that may arise. The company was sold and whoever the new owners are have no idea what they are doing. Customer service is non-existent. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THEM!Logistimatics Response
