This limo company needs to be shut down. I booked my limo for my son’s senior prom 2 months in advance. They took a deposit of half the amount with my credit card over the phone. Sent me an email request information for the evening. Claimed this was the contract which was not in a pdf or attachment but just in an email. On day of prom the y called and said they will not be coming tonight because I did not pay the balance. Email stated payment will be collected 72 hours before event. Email did not state i needed to call them back. They had my credit card and all businesses just charge my card when payment is due. I have no problem paying and told them to go ahead an charge it. They said no and they no longer what to work with me. They claim they did not give the limo away but because I did not pay they don’t want to give it to me and would rather have the limo sit there for the evening. Do not work with Charles or this company which claims they are number 1 in Greensboro. I was able to call several other services in the area and they told me that Charles has done this to several others this past month. I was able to find another company to help me out after they heard how I was treated. I called 5 other companies and they were all willing to help and give recommendations. My son’s prom was saved and the limo was even cheaper. This company should not be in business. I told every limo company I spoke with to not to refer to you. Plus all eight families in the limo tonight will spread the word as well. The also go by PLT Limousine. Let’s see if they will refund my money.
