DO NOT and I say again do not deal with Mideast acceptance in *************************. While I was paying for my vehicle they were pretty nice but if you have a problem after your vehicle is paid for **** is very rude very very rude she will argue and lie and yell at you owe the phone when you asking her to help you with a simple problem my vehicle was paid off in 2019 I recently sold the vehicle and the person that I sold it to has not taken it out of my name so DMV says that I have to get a lien release because Mideast still has a lien on it in the system. After talking to ***** for a few phone calls i was told that they would mail me out the release so when I call back to make sure everything was on schedule so I can get the vehicle out of my name. **** gets on the phone and is very rude for no reason then she tells me that ***** told her that I had called and while I was talking to ***** i put my father on the phone and my father has been deceased since 2000 so I don't know how I could have done that one. I have not called and put anyone else on the phone to talk to anyone only I have been calling and talking to ***** in the past and she asked me to apologize to her for something that should have been handled in 2019 when I paid off the vehicle something that either the car dealership Mideast or DMV did not do in 2019 now I'm having a problem with it. when they getting your money they were nice but hopefully you won't have to have them help you with anything after your money's been paid all I'm trying to do is get my name off the vehicle because the person I sold it to have fixed the vehicle and is driving it if you possibly can stay away from Mideast they lie and they don't help
