DO NOT USE! Owner made multiple, broken promises due to mistakes a plumber with a revoked license made. At first he promised to fix the issues. When he realized how bad the mistake was he claimed the plumber with the revoked license didn't exist and he backed out on his promises. He made these promises through recorded calls and text messages. Company contracted with us a licensed plumber to do the work but they sent someone who had a revoked license. After breaking his promises that again are documented he threatened to put a lien against the property for not paying him even though his electricity hook up doesn't work and they have never repaired a significant leak that the owner's licensed plumber admitted the first unlicensed plumber caused. We ​have that recorded along with text records. After his licensed plumber spoke with the owner he went back on his recorded statements Owner is dishonest (proof available), he claimed water couldn't be ran through the pipes until after inspection which we have proof is untrue. Owner claimed to never put water into our pipes but the uncertified plumber did that by turning on water with a water tool. Owner claimed he would fix any leaks and charge AC for free due what he referred to in texts as "miscommunications" & "mishaps". Then he went back on that offer saying we just wanted something for nothing. Company hires plumbers with revoked licenses to do plumbing set up. The unlicensed plumber admitted to a witness that he had never done a trailer set up before. There are multiple witnesses, photos, texts and recordings of the existence of this unlicensed plumber. Avoid due dishonesty and poor work quality
