            Randal Beaver of RBI Remodeling and Renovations is a *****. He came out a took some pictures for me and was suppose to do a report for me . I am trying to purchase a home and I need this for the bank. Charged me $150.00 and has done none of it. He took the wrong pictures to begin with and was suppose to come back and take the correct pictures. He tried to say he did come back out and sent the report to my email. When I tell him I have not gotten the report he says its a large file it will take awhile. It has not been 3 days and still nothing. I have tried to contact him about this again as he has taken my money and not done none of the work. NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This man is a ***** and a rip off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
