I bought a Toto Toilet at this store online, at the time I bought it I was told that will be shipped that same day or the next day, after 5 days I emailed the store to find out the status of the order and the next day I was informed by Ashley C****** the Office Manager, that the order could not be processed as their credit card processing company deemed the charge as suspicious/fraudulent. I called my credit card right away to find out, and they say that the transaction was approved and is under pending status. I called again this lady and sent her several emails informing her what I was told by my credit card with no answer whatsoever, after the 3rd day of trying, she finally answered and told me the same excuse, I felt so bad, frustrated, so helpless with this lady, I have excellent credit, the name is the same as the credit card, same shipping address, same billing address I called from my phone, the same # the appears in the card, and this lady is keeping saying same excuse? What happened is, they did not have the item, they are selling something that they don’t have physically in the store and they were not able to find the item anywhere at the price they sold it to me. That, I can understand, what is unacceptable is that she keeps telling me the same excuse and that she can’t tell me why the credit department rejected as suspicious/fraudulent the transaction. Very bad, bad store service, I do not recommend it. Buyers save your time, don't fall into the same trap, and go elsewhere to buy, this store is a nightmare. **
