Part of this promise is to communicate openly and honestly, deliver efficient service that meets our customers' needs, and always strive to make things right when we fall short.
Regarding the gap insurance, I apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding that occurred during the financing process. While gap insurance is highly recommended to protect against potential financial loss, it is not mandatory, and Im sorry if this was not clearly communicated to you. We are committed to improving our communication to ensure clarity and transparency in every transaction, as promised.
As for the issues with your 2020 **** Explorer, I understand how disappointing it must have been to encounter significant mechanical problems so soon after your purchase. This experience is certainly not in line with the quality and reliability we aim to provide. While the vehicle passed our inspections, I regret that these issues were not identified and addressed before the sale. This situation has clearly fallen short of the Parks Promise to deliver a product that meets your expectations, and for that, I am truly sorry.
We promise to do better, to be better, every day. I want to assure you that your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will learn from this situation to prevent it from happening again.
