    HORRIBLE PLACE!I bought a 2020 **** Explorer from Parks Chevrolet Huntersville with assurance nothing was wrong back in June 2023. Before I even left the lot, during the finance paperwork, I was told I HAD to have gap insurance. I pushed back and was told AGAIN that gap insurance is mandatory. Ignorantly, I paid for it. As soon as I left the lot, I was driving down the highway home and it felt off. From July 2023 until SEPTEMBER 2023, a different **** dealership had my car and had to replace the transmission! My "new" car hadn't even been in my driveway for more than a week before I was in a rental for 3 months. I ended up selling this car in November of 2023. Total piece of garbage and complete trust broken with this dealership and their managers. Absolutely horrible.

    Regarding the gap insurance, I apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding that occurred during the financing process. While gap insurance is highly recommended to protect against potential financial loss, it is not mandatory, and Im sorry if this was not clearly communicated to you. We are committed to improving our communication to ensure clarity and transparency in every transaction, as promised.

    As for the issues with your 2020 **** Explorer, I understand how disappointing it must have been to encounter significant mechanical problems so soon after your purchase. This experience is certainly not in line with the quality and reliability we aim to provide. While the vehicle passed our inspections, I regret that these issues were not identified and addressed before the sale. This situation has clearly fallen short of the Parks Promise to deliver a product that meets your expectations, and for that, I am truly sorry.

    We promise to do better, to be better, every day. I want to assure you that your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will learn from this situation to prevent it from happening again. If there is anything further we can do to address your concerns or assist you moving forward, please do not hesitate to reach out.
