    This Motel charged ****** deposit for my stay first off the room was infested with roaches the nightly stay was $70 which is 20 more dollars than what the weekly rate is which is understandable but when it came down to the 150 the towels and rags that me and my guests used we neglected to get them exchanged the first day for new towels and we had to keep the towels because the front desk lady said that she doesn't keep spare towels and rags at the front desk we should have did it when the housekeepers were there. So the linen towels and washcloths became a little bit more soiled than what it would normally have been. When it came time for checkout we expected to get our full deposit back because there was no damage or incidents done to the room found out that there is a notice that if there are stains on any of their anonymities then there will be an attempt to remove the stings and if they're not removed then you will get charged a fee there were no extreme stains on this washcloths are towels but the manager decided to charge us a full $50.00 for alleged stains that cannot be removed from the towels and washcloths me and my guest feel this was not justified especially in that type of establishment and for that amount for two washcloths two towels and a towel floor mat that did not have serious stains.

    The guest never informed the front desk about the roaches, we have a professional company that comes in each month and sprays all our rooms. This is the first time we are being told about the problem. If the guest would have informed the front desk about the issue we about have been happy to take care of it right away.

    As far as the deposit and them being charged for stained items. When they check in they are given a form to read and sign which goes over all the details of reason they would be charged when they check out.

    The guest and our housekeepers did report that when they went to the room to service it and give them new towels and take their trash, the guest informed housekeeping that they did not want any service and didn't need anything. ***** came to the front desk asking for service when all of our housekeepers had already left for the day. So we didn't have anyone to service the room.

    We tag and treat all our stained items to make sure that all items are able to be put back into our rooms for our next guest. The only time we charge the guest for stained items is when we have to get new items to put back in the room for the next guest and the items that were in the room have to be put in our rag pile because they we can no longer use them in our rooms.
