Don’t do it! You’ll end up screwed because they sell cars that are trash! And sell you useless warranties!

    Grand Slam Auto Sales Response

    11/10/2022

Here at Grand Slam Auto Sales, we try to help all of our customers out in the best possible way with their vehicle purchases. We are sorry that you feel the way you do! You purchased your vehicle a little over a year and a half ago, along with an Extended 3yr Warranty purchased through the financial company, not through Grand Slam. Since you purchased your vehicle, you have used the extended warranty (a new turbo was installed.) Here at Grand Slam, we have also done some emission mechanic work for you that has not been covered by your extended warranty, and we were happy to help. Now you have taken your vehicle to a different shop where they have tried to use the extended warranty, but the warranty company declined to cover. Your problem is not with Grand Slam Auto Sales, but is with GWC Warranty, due to the declined coverage. Grand Slam Auto Sales and your financial company have tried to explain this to you, but you have failed to understand. We have tried our best to help you and are trying to look into the matter with GWC.

I’ve had my car for 1 year and SIX DAYS. Get your facts straight if you want to defend your negligence. You say you’re helping find out why the car won’t be covered? *******’s response was to ask for a refund on my warranty! You knew since the day after I bought it that the car had issues. YOU didn’t fix the PCV some old guy that you “hire out” fixed it and I had to come back 15 minutes later because he didn’t put the hoses back on! Great mechanic you got there! Your right, I did take it to another shop because “we’re going to get it fixed” did not happen. I got no returned calls after 2 months so I went elsewhere! The check engine light came on the day I bought it, you said it’s because it was tuned. Which you didn’t tell me at the time of purchase, you told me after I’d left the lot. You sold a car that was trash. That wouldn’t pass inspection the following year due to the tune, even if I hadn’t had to replace the turbo twice and now it needs a new engine. Someone also failed to inform the warranty that the car was modified. That could have been any of you. I didn’t write the paperwork up, that’s someone on that end. Your justifications are weak. You only respond to negative reviews. Imagine that.
