I've been taking my Tundra there for service for the last three years and has been great until the last two visits. I always have them rotate my tires and the last two visits they checked the box and charged me for rotating tires but in reality they didn't. I **** my tires so I know if they're really doing it or not. I just cant believe I caught them twice in a row! Missing it once I can understand but twice in a row just looks like they're trying to rip people off! I wonder how many other people are getting ripped off that don't know any better?? They kept my truck and made it right first time but this last time I didn't have time for them and had my money refunded.Review from Tresa W

we drove an hour and 15 minutes to take a look at a brand new 2023 Prius and fell in love. I had this dealership locate me one and from beginning to end my progress was flawless. This place small town **** and the staff are like family. We will buy all of our Toyotas from them totally worth the hour and 20 minute drive.Review from Heather S

I recently took my Toyota Camry in to have it inspected. Of course, they found so much that needed to be done and cleaned(just to get more money). One of the things they said I needed was windshield wiper blades. Nothing was wrong with them when I went in but they said they needed changing. I agreed to let them change the blades. This is a backup vehicle so I dont drive often so I maybe had drove it 2-3 times since the new blades have been put on. Hadnt rained so I hadnt needed to use the wipers. The other day it was raining and I used the wipers and guess what, the wipers are already coming off. I am very disappointed in the service I have received. I feel as Massey is trying to chase a dollar but dont want to stand by what they are trying to fix.
