              on Nov 20 2023 traveled to Massey Toyota to purchase a **** Toyota Rav4 hybrid **** purchased new car w/option paint protection film. hood, fenders, mirror backs, door cups @ $439,00. it was never installed on the car. also i wanted the all weather floor mats/ and cargo mat to be exchanged for carpet mats/ cargo mat. ******** said he would ship mats when they came in, and would send a check with them. after a few emails, i asked the sales person to send the check before the mats came in, so i could have the paint protection installed in SC. he said he would send a check on Dec 19th or the next day ( Dec 20th) this was three weeks ago. the $439.00 was added in the price of the car.

              I've been taking my Tundra there for service for the last three years and has been great until the last two visits. I always have them rotate my tires and the last two visits they checked the box and charged me for rotating tires but in reality they didn't. I **** my tires so I know if they're really doing it or not. I just cant believe I caught them twice in a row! Missing it once I can understand but twice in a row just looks like they're trying to rip people off! I wonder how many other people are getting ripped off that don't know any better?? They kept my truck and made it right first time but this last time I didn't have time for them and had my money refunded.
