Customers are unable to reach the business by phone or email in regards to issues with their orders.  Some customers are promised a return label for incorrect items and refunds, although most customers indicate they never received return labels or refunds for incorrect or missing orders.  On June 9, 2022, BBB submitted a written request to the business asking them to address the pattern,  8 unanswered and 8 unresolved complaints.   As of July 27 2022, BBB has not received a response from the business.

            I placed an order for collapsible barrels in April 2023. They went out of stock after I placed my order. It took 2 months for someone to get back to me. No one would answer the phone or email me back. I finally got a text about the barrels around June 23 being on back order. I was given the option to wait a bit longer (they said 3 weeks) or get a refund. At the time I decided to wait, when 3 weeks passed, I contacted them asking them for a refund. They responded but did not send the refund… I have been trying to contact them since July of 2023 for a refund. It is now January 2024 and still nothing. I was trying to be understanding but the time that has passed is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
