I have been patronizing this establishment for years. The most recent vehicle I had unfortunately broke down beside the road. As I made preparations to have the vehicle towed, they came and picked it up without notifying me. I called to find out his reasoning for his actions, he became irate and hung up in my face. I tried to call back several times only for the secretary to hang up each time. A day later, the owner called and apologized, and offered the opportunity to get another car. When I tried to take him up on the offer, they informed I couldn't get another car from them for a year. Keep in mind, that I was not behind on my payments at all. They have done several of my friends and family the same way. I have spoken highly of the business and have referred them to a lot of people. The same people have called and told me of their negative experiences. I desire to expose them for their biased ways of doing business, to expose the number of minority patrons and the ratio between other races and compare them.

On July 1st our employee from another location seen her vehicle beside the road with the orange sticker that Highway Patrol places on the vehicle.  We know as a business that the vehicle will be towed and placed in storage.  Therefore, as lienholder, we took upon ourself to save money to pick the vehicle up beside the road. (Normally, in our practice, if the sticker is placed by the **** it has been beside the road for too long, as we have picked many vehicles up out of storage that customers have allowed a storage bill to accumulate an extranomical amount of money). With this being said, we were saving the customer as well as us a ridiculous amount of money to obtain the vehicle.  In the meantime, not even with in the hour of us picking up the vehicle customer called the office and was vey livid. She basically was upset and said we didn't have the right to pick up her vehicle.  In the meantime, she said she had a tow company in route there.  We explained that we have interest in the vehicle as well.  She became upset, *********, using profanity to my employee.  She was so upset and would not even listen to my employee.  He then hung up the phone to allow her to calm down.  Her daughter and herself continued to call the office and fuss with my employees.  They accused us of being racist and that the ***** would be in contact with us, since she is the local President of the group.  Daughter said she is the secretary of the ***** for the group and they would sue ********* In the meantime, we never told customer she couldn't get her vehicle back.  We had it checked for her, free of charge, and advised her the engine was blown.  ******** said she was told it was an alternator.  We offered to have it towed to a shop of her choice for her, for free, but she declined.  She then proceeded to report the vehicle stolen, as a deputy called just this morning.  However, he understood why we had it towed, was closing the case and we would not hear from him again on this matter.  We have done nothing wrong in this matter, we tried to save the customer and ourself money.  We offered free services to our customer.
