He came out charged me for service and labor and told me that my thermostat needed charging. He didn't really service anything. ww changed the thermostat 3 different times and still has the same problem. So we called someone else out a few days later and found out that we had a coolant leak and it needs to be repaired and coolant needs to be added. needless to say we have to spend extra money because this guy doesn't know how to check an ac unit properly.

I was referred to this guy from a neighbor that I trusted. The guy also changed our fan speed on the condenser and when I told him that we never had a problem with that he would not change it back. Then a receipt was supposed to be texted to my number and was not so he told me that he would send the receipt by email. I got the receipt and from what I read on it that he wrote it looked like he had no idea what was going on especially since there was a question mark beside the thermostat and he charged me for his service and labor but didn't really help at all. After we tried changing our thermostat 3 different times with the same issue. I finally decided to see if I could actually find the company online and I wasn't able to find it so I called someone else out who was able to figure out that we had a Freon leak. Unfortunately for us we got screwed over again because this one supposedly fixed our leak and added 3 gallons of Freon, the next night we had a burning smell from the unit so we turned off the unit and my husband went under to check it out and found a big plastic bag tucked in the fan from where it pulled it in after it was turned on high. Since I felt that this guy from Purvis was not an actual HVAC guy especially since I can't find anything on this company on the Web, I figured I would go this route. There are so many people who like to scam others and that's what it felt like to me especially since I couldn't find anything out on him. I know that is on me for not doing my research first and I have learned my lesson because I am not trusting anyone again if I can't find out if they are a real company or not.
