            I informed them that I wanted my car painted midnight plum ***** and was asked for the paint code which i did not have. After showing them a picture of the color i wanted, they responded by saying, "I can look up the paint code for you." However, they didn't confirm the color code with me. Despite paying $1100 for the paint job, when I picked up the vehicle, I was shocked to find that it was completely the wrong color.When I asked if they could repaint it, they said, "We can offer you a discount on another paint job, but we cannot repaint it for free." Basically saying I need to pay hundreds more for a paint job I asked for in the first place.

            I apologize that your experience was not up to your expectation. When we paint a car, we must have a paint formula so that we can mix the paint and match as close as possible to the customer's desired color. In this case, you provided us with a color name, which can vary significantly depending on car manufacturer and/or paint company. Due to the fact that you were unable to provide us with the exact paint code that you wanted, we did our best to match the color. 

            I completely understand your frustration and am more than willing to take a look at the car with you to come up with a solution that can work for all parties involved.
