            I had a bad experience with this company. We paid them for a job with our septic, we called the guy a few weeks later as our septic issue still wasnt resolved and we wanted to discuss further what we could do to resolve it. We called the ***************** 5 times over about a 3 week period. We always left a message with his secretary and we know he was getting them. After all these messages he never called us back, completely ignored us and all we wanted to do was talk about the septic issue. Take your business to someone who respects paying customers and wants to keep a customer happy

I have had some time to research your complaint and found that ************** determined your drain field to be saturated and referred you to a soil consultant to determine a new location, on your property, to do a repair.
