            I put a down payment of $3,000 to pineville import for a 2015 *** x3. I had the car for 5 days on the fifth day they called me to tell me a part had came for the car. They came and picked up the car and called me 30 minutes later saying the bank went back on the loan so they wouldnt be giving me the car or my money back. I am seeking a full refund for $3,000 being that I do not have what I paid for

            Sold me a car without a current ** inspection. Lied about handling all fees. Never took my car in to be looked over for warranty so dont waste your time getting it because mine is invalid now. Do not trust these guys!!

            Most definitely did not lie. Went to do the tag for ***** and she had fines and penalties at the *** for insurance lapse and not paying fines. Told her that we would come pick up car the day after we sold to get it inspected. She said she will not let us pick it up and she would do. She has not had to pay for anything except her own penaltes. This is a fraudelent claim because of her own record.
