    This gym at ***********************************************************, ** is mostly clean. Most of the machines work when in certain saunas. The staff is polite when youre seen walking in and leaving. I had a concern about their policy and i was hoping to get my question out to whomever is the appropriate person. I was instructed to go through the right channels as instructed but I never got a response from the email I sent or a phone call regarding my question. Calling the location where I signed up for membership I was not feeling like I was understood or even an attempt to look into solving my problem.I was told wrong information when I started my membership. I was told in the beginning that I had to wait at least 3 months before I cancel my membership. I wasnt told about the options pertaining to cancelling before or after 3 months. You pay more money after waiting 3 months to cancel because it continues for two more months afterwards. I told the manager ****, that I would pay to just end it now because I wasnt given that information when I started. The insulting part is when speaking to ****, the manager, he kept repeating the policy after I explained to him I understand and even repeated the policy he told me the first time. I told him the difference was that I wasnt told that and he just kept repeating the same thing. So as he was about to repeat it the third time I stopped him and said, just tell me theres nothing you can/will do. Instead of repeating the same thing, which leads me here. You can go to any location but I do not like the way I was treated as a customer. He didnt try to find out who it was that told me this information to correct it.
