            BBB unable to locate business
            I paid for for my car to be released from the lot today for a SAME-DAY pickup Called Premier Recovery Services to find the lot where my car was being held Was on hold for a total of 1 hour and 30 min. just for the service associate to tell me that I couldn't come to pick up the car. Due to the "lot being closed" The initial phone call was placed at 11:45 on a Friday. I had to call three times in order to schedule any appointment to get my car and I still have to wait until Monday. They "made" an appointment for me while the lot is supposed to be closed, yet they couldn't get me my car today.

            Dismissive, have nonchalant attitudes, and tow tuck driver scraped the front of vehicle when repossessing my car (didn't knock to tell me they were taking it, nor did they leave a note). Doesn't believe in following the Title VII nor the ************* Member Act. Every time an appointment was made to pick up the car, the lady was never there or they cancelled the appointment (only have a 4 hour pick up window). Charged us double the storage fees if a weekend went by. Never reported to the police the car was repossessed (police department had us make a stolen vehicle report). They have a call center, but they don't seem to know what they are doing (didn't tell us a letter of release wasn't in the system when we asked how much the fees were for pick up, cancelled the appointment after the phone call without telling/asking us). Poor telephone skills, don't know how to de-escalate a situation, will transfer you until the phone hangs up, and refuses to give the direct line for where your car is stored. Feel like they want to frustrate you long enough to auction your car. Wallets, baby gear, and military clothing are in the vehicle.
