It’s not often I leave a positive review for anyone. In my opinion as a seasoned 65 year old, I have seen a steady decline in customer service, especially in the last decade. It’s not unusual for a call to be handled by artificial intelligence or to be placed on hold for over an hour. There are rare exceptions and when you are fortunate enough to experience such rare exceptions, it is like a breath of fresh air. Such has been my experience with Paul’s Precision Lawn Service. If you need to contact Paul he is readily available, and always flexible. Paul exudes a professionalism that ought to be the envy of what most customer service professionals strive for. Paul not only is conscientious but is someone who can be trusted and appears to have a strong code of ethics and takes pride in his work. I often find my self surprised to find areas of my yard behind the fence manicured on my side of the water run off area, or the area around my driveway hedged and even my deck which accumulates pine needles occasionally blown to manage the build up while we are away. How refreshing to be gone on vacation to arrive to your home where your lot stands out among the best looking in the neighborhood, or not have to worry about whether you will find something missing when you return. Paul’s Precision Lawn service is aptly named. One would think that Paul’s Precision Lawn Service would be pricey with the high level of service and professionalism with which he conducts his business. This is not the case. What you will get, is a reasonable price from a true professional but after a fair appraisal of his work, like myself you will most likely conclude it’s one of the better bargains one will ever find, leaving you confident you made the right choice.
