Because of ID theft my bank Acount was frozen & vehicle was repo'ed & picked up by this company. They STOLE a laptop out of it & the bottom part of an adjustable hitch removed as well, cracked a tail light & put some noticeable scratches on it then refused to make things right. Beware of these crooks!!! NEVER use this company!! *********************** You say I signed saying I received my property. When I went to pick it up one guy was there in the garage & he came into the office & slapped 3 papers & a pen on the desk & said to sign those to get my Jeep back. When I went to the Jeep & saw everything had been taken out he told me all my stuff was in a box in YOUR garage. A friend helped me put the stuff back in my Jeep.. So I guess I'm supposed to believe that your company took everything out of the Jeep EXCEPT the Laptop & the adjustable hitch, which were left for someone else to steal. That makes NO sense. He had told me everything had to be removed before it was SENT to the auction. And I'm not buyin your BS that two other companies took the Jeep to the auction & brought it back, when YOUR company is listed as an auto transport company. I also see in another review that I'm not the only one missing items out of a vehicle while it was in YOUR possession!! I will be contacting the bank again, to encourage them not to use your company any more, since the way you do business reflects bad on them as well, and I will also be contacting my lawyer about what legal action I can take to have my items replaced and vehicle repaired!! Response from the owner 3 hours ago Sir we are sorry your car was repoed we did not do anything to your car you sign a personal property form saying you received all your property farther more your car was towed to the auction by another company and then when you settle with your bank another company brought you car back to my lot we did not damage your car or take anything I'm sorry you feel that way Add a photo
