            - Date of transaction Dec 6, 2022 - Order number **** - Spoke to store owner Jan 6, 2023 asking for status update. Package was lost no tracking number provided.-Spoke to store owner again on Feb 6. Still being worked on. Asked about refund stated 2 items were done and would have others done as printing machine broke. - Spoke to store owner again on Feb 18 promised to provide tracking number and this would be shipped. - Spoke to store owner again March 9 asking for tracking number stated she was sick and would get it uploaded it for me. - Today is March 14, 2023. Sent message to store owner to provide tracking number or issue refund. 3 months has passed and I feel I have been nothing but an understandable person but getting nothing resolved.

            The owner refuses to get back in touch with me. Paid for an item that took over a month and it wasn't even what I paid for! She refuses to refund me and even answer my questions! 100% do not recommend this business whatsoever

            I'm sorry for the confusion you must've not realized the color options listed on the website . But you received the item that you ordered . The first picture on my website it the cow print but If you scroll you see the other options available and the cow print wasn't even available to purchase. You had to select an option to even order and you ordered the black which was the only one available at the time of purchase. As far as me not responding. If you messaged after hours it automatically shows a reply or that it was read this is an automation provided by Facebook and only shows me messages when I am in fact open. And also my policies on shipping times are located on my website as to timeframe. I'm very sorry you feel I just sent what I had when I sent what was ordered online per my website. I'm sorry you feel the need to leave a 1 star review when In fact it's was you that ordered the wrong color as my website shows what color option you ordered. I also did not refuse a refund my policies on returns or located online.
