I made and appointment for my 16 month old a week ago for September 26th at 10:30am. Put in her paperwork 3 days before her appointment online. 45 minutes before closing the day before her appointment, they informed me of an issue with insurance. I contacted them back the way they contacted me (via text) and got no reply. Due to their ****** cancelation policy, I didn't want to cancel her appointment (not like they even gave me the option within the time frame) I called them the next morning a couple hours before my little girls appointment (around 8:30am) to comfirm out of pocket cost. Was told the price range for self pay was $45ish. When going to pay, they "realized" that they don't do self pay anymore???? And I'm charged $210!!!!! I feel lied to and taken advantage of.Business response
