    Do not stay at this hotel for any reason but definitely do not stay here if you are with a group of any kind. Rooms are in need of a lot of attention. Room keys don’t work consistently and have to be reset frequently. Bugs….cockroaches or water bugs not sure which but they have them. Don’t let the A cleanliness rating fool you. Hotel is not clean and there are bugs. Wi-Fi is spotty Tv channels bad….no ESPN! Business center/computer not working Treadmill broken Breakfast is ok You may not step foot inside the breakfast area after 9:30 am We were there with a college baseball team. Our team brought this hotel well over $10,000 from our multiple night stay. We were not allowed to use the lobby or breakfast area to feed our team after a long day of games. They offered a “media room” that holds 20 people to us for $40 per hour! No thanks A couple parents were in the lobby to chat and watch tv. Because the hotel doesn’t get ESPN we asked to use our own personal fire stick. No. Not allowed. Part of their policy to not allow that. One of our players was doing homework in the morning at a table and was told he “had to get out or there because the section was closed”. It’s the open breakfast area and he wasn’t doing anything that would be a problem. He was being a good student! After first day there we asked to talk to the manager about using the lobby area. She wasn’t available two different times to talk to us. We asked that she call us. She never called and left for the day. To summarize….horrible hotel. Horrible customer service. Horrible staff. Horrible management. I’d give a negative ?? if I could.

    We are sorry to hear of your unsatisfactory experience during your stay. While we do make every effort to accommodate our guests, some requests cannot be granted out of respect for our other guests. While your team did have 11 rooms with us, we did have 62 other rooms that were not a part of your group that would have been affected by your request to use our lobby TV and breakfast area. We apologize that we are not able to allow our breakfast area, located directly beside the front desk and lobby, to be used by 30+ people at 9:00pm, due to sanitation and noise concerns. We apologize if your student was asked to leave the breakfast area during breakfast hours as this is not our policy. However, if he moved the barrier that closes off our breakfast area (again due sanitation issues), yes, he would have been told that area is closed after breakfast hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I did receive a message that a guest wished to speak with me regarding use of the breakfast area. I did return the call later that afternoon as I was not available when she initially requested to speak with me. I had to leave a voice message. I left my phone number as well as my email address so that I could be reached to discuss her concerns further. I have received no further messages or emails. While the list of issues you've mentioned in this email were not all mentioned to any of our team members during your time of stay, we do appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We will use your comments as a training opportunity with our housekeeping team. Again, we are sorry your stay did not meet your expectations and hope you will consider Choice Hotels for your future lodging needs.
