This company continues to bill me as self-pay. My insurance company reached out to them. Triad Radiology called me to tell me they made a mistake and would bill insurance and I would get a refund within 2-3 business days. That was 3 weeks ago. I looked back in my bank records and saw they charged me again for self-pay August 7, 2023. $260. I paid $192 over a month ago and no refund yet. They are very dishonest. My family will never use Novant or ***************** because they continue to charge us full price.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have called many times and emailed them. My health insurance company even reached out to them. No word.Business response

************** filed a complaint back in May.
We called her at that time and updated her insurance information which was sent to us incorrectly from the facility where her services were performed.
We refunded the $260.00 that she had paid back to her credit/debit card on 5/14/24. We have confirmed that it processed.
She made an additional payment on 5/2/24 but due to payment posting delays related to the Change Healthcare cyber issue, we did not get it posted to her services until 5/15/24 which was after the refund processed.
We filed all of her charges to her insurance. We have not received any calls from ************** or her insurance company.
On 6/5/24, we received payments from her insurance and she now has another credit balance .
I apologize that we did not have the insurance payment posted at the time of the refund and that it was not already returned to her.
******, our Sr. ********** Manager, contacted ************** today to let her know that the refund will be expedited.
She also offered to provide her direct phone number if any additional questions came up. ************** declined the number.
