BE WARNED of Deception! Capstone is the true definition of over promising and EXTREMELY under delivering . ZERO TRANSPARENCY, which is the most important element for an honest magt company, to work with any HOA associations.If we had ANY questions regarding discrepancies, instead of clarifying our concerns, ***************** told us Capstone is not the right fit for Mill Pond , and the case was closed! To this day, we still don't have the answers to the questions we had, regarding some charges on our account. He started the contract with us on Oct 15th, 2023, and paid himself for the FULL MONTH of OCT. RED FLAG. Apparently Mr. *** did not like to be asked questions, so he resigned after a month and half. Thankfully. We started our contract with the new ************ on January 1, ****. As we started getting our bills, we realized that NONE of our bills had been paid by Capstone since November. (All documents, and past due bills are available for proof) Worst of all, Capstone had received the shut off notice, due to nonpayment by *********** in their office, (documents available as well) but they never even bothered to let us know. As a result, *********** shut the power off in our buildings in Mid-January, resulting in complete blackout in our community! An experience thats never happened in the history of Mill Pond at ****** Landing, in all the 25 years of this community. Capstone charged us $790 every month, and did absolutely nothing other than collecting our dues. By far, hands down, the WORST management company this community has had the displeasure of working with. PS. ***************** has an answer for EVERYTHING. 99% of the times WRONG. But he always has to have the "Last Word"!
