I purchased originally on 12/12/22 through Etsy 2 Xmas gifts that read estimated arrival between 12/22-12/24. When the items didnt ship as of 12/19, I politely sent the seller a message on **** asking for an update as the ship is across the country from me. I was immediately dismissed and told she had 7 days to ship out (well that wouldve been 12/19). Then she said it was business days, okay so then 12/21. I was questioning arrival for **** truly. ****** pushed back and told me about her dog being euthanized. I was extremely sympathetic, because at the time I also had a sick puppy undergoing treatment. She told me to contact Etsy if I wasnt happy. So I did. Long story short, they read my messages with seller and concluded they would be refunding me for the way the situation was handled. Luckily I ordered from another shop with expedited shipping, and they arrived in time. I asked the seller to cancel the order after I received my refund because I didnt need the items, she refused and directed me back to Etsy. I guess she missed the email or communication from **** saying I was being refunded during this because she still sent the items out to me. I contacted **** and they said essentially she sent me a gift and I wasnt responsible for payment or sending the items back. I submitted my review to Etsy about the experience and since then 12/30, seller has been harassing me in form of Paypal, Etsy, and my private ********* I blocked her on ********* and then her bf messaged me demanding I pay for the items. I had to get my local police involved, as well as hers. Her police reached out to her, however, she hasnt stopped sending me invoices via Paypal like clockwork. (One invoice has extremely vulgar and degrading phrases in it as a comment to me). I report them as spam as Paypal told me to do, and I continue to send the info to Etsy. Theres an open investigation currently taking place. Please be aware when shopping here of sellers behavior.
