All bills have been promptly paid so I know that could not be an excuse for treating me with less respect. As others have commented in reviews elsewhere, *** makes it clear that whatever *** tells you is the way it is and if you don't like it, you can find another company. *** tone communicates an unwillingness to listen to concerns especially if there is any issue almost before you can raise a question.
The owner was sent out on the first problem I had last March. He was pleasant, quick to diagnose the trouble, fast to fix it and reasonable with the charge.
Other technicians and a journeyman were sent out for the other two issues.
The trip cost more than doubled for both. I expected an increase due to fuel costs.
There is now an issue from the work to employees performed about a month ago and when I tried to explain it to *****, *** immediately took the defensive. *** was quick to tell me they were at least two weeks which I said I expected.
I requested to have the owner sent to help if possible and that I knew it didn't call for two laborers. *** said he was double the labor costs although that was not the case previously.
Then *** said they had to cut costs and were no longer going to service my area.
By the end of the conversation (which included my questioning the more than double trip charge), *** told me *** couldn't guarantee they could help and advised me to find someone else although I said I just wanted to be on the wait list. *** said *** would put it in a sticky note and hope for the best. Really?
I sincerely hope someone at Warren T plumbing will realize the value of a professional with good customer service skills to handle customer calls and scheduling.
