I signed my son up to play baseball through 4 seams which is attached to 4sa for the 13 u single A team. I paid in total ******* to Dan/ the organization. My first payment sent July 20, 2022 and final sent December 16, 2022. I was told my son would be getting a full season of baseball with minimum 12 home games, uniform, coaching, indoor practice, 3 month membership to 4sa, etc. My son's last practice was February 11, 2023, I believe. On February 18, 2023 there was a meeting with the coach saying basically Dan is encouraging our team to fold due to not having enough players. My son's team did disband on February 22, 2023 and Dan was contacted to have a meeting with the parents about refunds. Dan was out of town and stated he would work things out with our coach (Jamie) Dan sent an email out on March 8, 2023 stating: "hello, here is the breakdown of what you will be receiving back, Again, we do not give money back as there is a contract signed from all parties involved. Unfortunately, I was the one that recommended the team to disband and try and go somewhere else to Jamie. The total that you will be getting back is the ***. We will right a check for $*** for the 4 players that paid: (players names aren't being listed) The rest have not paid or have not paid enough into 4 Seams to warrant a refund. Thank you! " The attached spreadsheet, was not accurate, nor did the numbers add up. He listed our membership began in October, when it began January 1, 2023 which would have warranted an additional ***$ back since we only used it 1 1/2 months. Dan is the one who broke our contract by telling the team to disband and now does not want to issue any money back other than ***$. Dan did not fulfill the contract and I would like my money back from him. I can return the uniform to him as I won't be using it.
