      Will NEVER go back to this place. I went with my friend for her wedding for pedicures. Not only did I not have the length of pedicure that was being paid for, but the person doing my pedicure didn't understand what I wanted. In the very end she figured out what I meant after telling her 4 times and the end result being wrong. She did fix it but then charged me $10 more. Ester was very rude and said that b/c I eventually had everything changed and it was correct, it was an extra $10 b/c I got French tip. No one told me or I would've just left it alone. No one there would let me speak to a manager or higher up on duty but was ready to call the police over $2 that I didn't have after paying $80. I finally had a "manager" call me back and she was very rude also. Cut me off while I was trying to explain the situation and told me they don't do refunds and that it was my responsibility to know that it was $10 extra. They don't care how long things take its the fact that I eventually got what I wanted and I should know the prices. The manager even told me that it doesn't matter how I was treated either...it's that they want the money and that's all. I was so embarrassed beings that I didn't have the $2 and then the fact that they were going to call the police. Ester stated she wasn't "allowed" to call the manager/owner about the issue. I just can't believe how rude those are that I've interacted with at this salon. I've gone before but there's never been any issues. After this experience though I will never go back. The manager also told me that the owner doesn't deal with clients. So you're telling me that the owner doesn't allow employees to call with an issue during business hours AND ONLY cares about them getting paid?They don't care about how youre treated. As long as services are rendered that's what matters to them. The manager on duty even said so when I asked?

      Hello Noelle, you told the nail tech you wanted your toes to look like your hands and handed her a color. It was never stated you wanted French tip until the very end. Once you stated you wanted French tip, we were happy to do that for you but it is a $10 add on, listed on all of our price menus when you check in as well as online. At the front you didn’t want to pay for the service received. We reviewed the camera and your full service lasted 1 hour and 5 minutes, which the one you picked it to be one hour. Our policy is to fix whatever you are unhappy with, which we fixed before you left. Have a good day.

      This place is TERRIBLE! I specifically asked for a design that someone AT THIS SALON had done before and was met with "yeah we can do that!" Now mind you I had an appointment so I wasn't a walk-in asking for something crazy. The nail tech rushed, made me bleed FOUR TIMES, and instead of telling me the nail length I wanted didn't work with the design, she made it look like trash. The acrylic was lumpy, the polish was uneven, she was AWFUL! And when I tried to post this bad review on their FB, it was IMMEDIATELY removed and I was blocked from being able to share on their posts. I wish I could leave a picture of the atrocity that was supposed to be a jack-o-lantern that came out looking like a dang ladybug!!!

      Hello Erika. Thank you for the feedback. We do hold a 1 week guarantee if you are unhappy with something we are happy to fix it. Unfortunately since this was October 2020, there isn't much we can do to help you almost two years later.

      I've been coming to Minabella for some time now and I've never had a problem until now. I took my picture into the same nail tech I always go to - Tommy. He always does great work and I'm not 100% sure where the confusion was but the salon was of no help to fix it. I showed him a picture and told him I want it in dip. Come to find out he apparently decided it couldn't be done in dip and had to use acrylics - I did not understand him when he said this as I never use acrylics and would never in a million years paid $85 plus $20 tip for acrylics. Long story short 6 days later my first nail popped off on my beach vacation in Cancun. And I was so shocked like I didn't even know dipped nails fell off. I've been getting dip for 5 years and have NEVER had one fall off so quick. So I called minabella and was like omg what's happening I just paid $105 and they pulled my ticket and said well you can come get new acrylics done or get 30% of what you paid back. 🤔 Exvuse me? Umm I didn't even want acrylics to being with and neevr said I did?! I never even once said please put acrylics on my nails. They lifted almost immediately and they absolutely 110% were not worth $85. They manager Esther was horrible and wouldn't even acknowledge the fact that I paid and asked for dipped nails and got acrylics. Shane on this salon as we all know they make enough money! They could of very easily said come back in and get what you asked for which was dipped nails not acrylics. Idek who would choose acrylics over dip but that doesn't make any sense. My nails have now all fell off. When I got them done two weeks ago today.

      We carry a 1 week guarantee on dip/acrylic nails (they need filled/redone every 2-3 weeks). The client contacted us two weeks after her appointment. We offered her to fix them at no charge (even though it was past 1 week) or give a $45 credit to her account which is over 50% of the overall price. The nail tech suggested acrylic due to the design the client wanted, which she agreed to. There was no reasoning at all with the client after multiple phone conversations.

      That is a complete lie and you know it. I contacted you 10 days after and you offered me $40. Not 2 weeks and $45!!! Way to lie! I have our conversation right here on Facebook. Should I post it? So everyone knows you also lie? You put on a product on my nails that I NEVER asked for and then when I called to complain that they wasn't lasting 3 weeks like when I normally come her3 you told me they were acrylics and not dipped and that's when I became upset because I never wanted nor asked for acrylics to begin with.

      Sorry, $40. Either way $40 is 50%, not 30%. I do have the phone conversation saved, where you told me he suggested acrylic to you, due to what you wanted. We tried to reason with the client, offering to fix the issue or give a $40 correct. This offer stands if you change your mind and would like to apply it toward your next service. Thank you.

      You're not even listening to me and you weren't when I called you the day I got back from Cancun. I never once wanted acrylics and I did not understand Tommy due to the language barrier. I would never of agreed to him doing them that way. I been coming to Tommy for a long time so when he made a suggestion to do something better I didn't question it. Acrylics are not better. That's a down grade. I didn't even know they were acrylics when he was doing them. I thought they were a fancy gel or something that was better than dip. I paid $85 plus $20 tip for something that lasted 6 days. ( like i told you I was out of the country for my 30th birthday celebration march 19th when my first nail broke or I would of called you that day and said what in the world is happening) I NEVER have nails break when I leave minabella. It's just sad you guys couldn't do the right thing. Your nail tech suggested something he thought would work and it didn't - that I'd not my fault. You guys gave me a completely different service than I asked for and then when I called to complain youbtold me to come back in so you can re do the same service that I never asked for. No I want the service I asked for which was dipped nails. I would of had no problem changing my design completely to accommodate the service I wanted or paying even more than $85 to make sure that I got the nails I wanted for the one 30th birthday that I had in my entire life. Shame on your salon for not doing the right thing.
