Hired them to plow my driveway, I paid $550. for the season up front. He had to remove some snow with a front loader and charged me a $100 to remove it. I kept forgetting to pay it, no way to pay on line.(was only about 30 days late. I had the check ready for him when he came to plow again, there were a few storms that I felt he should have plowed but he didn't. The biggest snowstorm so far this winter and he never came to plow, never called. I called numerous times, but it went to voice mail, but his mailbox was full, and I couldn't leave a message. I sent him 2 emails and 2 text messages; He finally texted me back and the reason he blew me off was because I owed him the $100 and he told me my driveway was a nightmare, not my fault which i was going to pay that day. He just decides not to show up with no phone call at all, leaving me unable to leave my house at all, if I had to get out I couldn't He finally texted me back Sunday morning and told me my driveway was a nightmare and he was upset about the $100, which I had for him. No warning, nothing that we wasn't coming. I am a 64 year old widow that lives alone, he was very rude to me and made me very upset. Luckily, I had a neighbor that came to help me out, If I had an emergency, I would have not been able to get out at all. I think his behavior was unacceptable and he was very rude and uncaring. I would not recommend him to anyone at this point. I Fired him that day and was able to have my neighbor help me out for the rest of the season if he had just called me to let me know what was going on, but he didn't.
