            Transaction date 12/22/2023 Ordered rear seat entertainment system, portable by Voxx $1,019.00 and Installation services (part number 1N5TA11) for $120 for a total of $1,139. I paid part of the charges using Ford Pass reward points valued at $561.11 and the remaining balance of $577.89 was paid via credit card. Parts were shipped to McFarland Ford in Exeter, NH where they currently remain in the possession of the part department. I decided I no longer want the parts or the installation and McFarland Ford has refused to return my money. I don't care about the reward points, but I would like the money returned to my credit card. After speaking with Ford Accessories an additional time the confirmed the part is non-returnable because it is an electronic part, which makes sense, had I taken possession part, but the part never left Ford custody.

            I lost Total confidence in this dealership! I purchased a brand new 2020 **** F-150 off the lot at Mcfarland **** in *********. I then started having an excessive oil burn consumption problem, and I've had this truck for three years at the start of this problem. This problem started when I went to get an oil change at a reputable oil change company and they showed me the dip stick with no oil on it. At that time, the truck had only ***** miles and was under the ***** mile power train warranty. I have all the documents with McFarland **** regarding this issue. They 1st replaced the original dip stick with a longer one which seemed very strange to me. We started an oil check process that eventually put us past our warranty. We did this testing with them on two separate occasions. I believe this was just to increase my milage so the warranty would be completely expired. The warranty should have still been honored due to the process which involved driving the truck. Then they agreed that it was consuming too much oil but did not honor the warranty when it was in play. McFarland **** offered only to pay 50% for the new engine instead of giving me a free one. I highly DO NOT recommend purchasing any vehicle from this company.
