    2563+4I left a year ago against my will: Owner refused to RENEW my membership via September (2021): claimed member complaints were issued against me: I was refused an Appeal/Ability to defend myself against allegations by unknown persons. Federal Law dictates complaints CAN NOT be used against DISABLED members. False Hood #1: Savino mislead me about his (murky) pool being clean, using more chemicals. In reality, too many people were using (small pool), it was FILTHY! Hair/debris everywhere & I saw the hotel blame Savino & his parties for the filth in the water; Misrepresentation #1: Savino sold me a membership excluding information about motel guests being drug addicted or mentally impaired. I was paying $35.00 a month to feel unsafe, being unable to get out of the pool on my own; Misrepresentation #2: Savino sold me a membership knowing Envy's special chair upkeep would NOLT be part of his budgets; Misrepresentation #3: Allowing Savino to blame the hotel for chair repairs while Dave in turn blamed Envy. Equaling a stalemate. Both were in code violation; Federal Disability: I learned after time, Savino was investing his profits ONLY for his money making parties. While blaming the hotel for all it's breakdowns & the chair! No transparency. False Hood #2: Savino blamed the hotel when they closed down the pool due to another pipe burst & the hotel claimed Savino was supposed to repair these items. No transparency; Savino, played a game OF DISINFORMATION w me while his contractual agreement w the hotel held precedent. Neither party took repair liability: exercising misinformation, placing me at risk of injuries & did! Got a MERZA infection & put me in the hospital! Many people left after falling on slippery pool decks. I have since run into a few Envy members who advised me: Savino told them I left for the YMCA. I let them know that he forced me to leave by refusing to renew my membership & have our emails. Discriminated Against Envy Member,
