This item was purchased from *************************. The return policy for purchasing directly through that website is 30 days from the date of receipt. The item was purchased on March 22 and delivered on March 27. The customer called us yesterday multiple times inquiring about returning the items and was told every time that unfortunately she is beyond the return policy as outlined on the website and that we would not be able to accept the return. Below I've provided the link to the Satisfaction Guarantee page on *************************, which details the return policy, as well as the FedEx tracking information to verify the date the item was delivered.
