I would put minus star if I could. The job that was done for me was horrible. Nothing was completed and what was completed was done terribly. He was supposed to have sanded my kitchen cabinets and paint them. The cabinets were not prepared properly and were just spray painted with a few coats of paint with no sanding done at all. The paint was just dripping down the cabinets with a few spots that didn't stick at all. A few other contractors have told me it would be better to just start with new cabinets since it would be so costly to try and fix them. The walls and ceiling were all painted with the same color as the cabinets, making nothing standing out. The walls were supposed to be a warm beige and the cabinets cream. Walls were not sanded properly and were not smooth. Floors were not completed and what was done was uneven. They all had to be pulled up to make the living room and kitchen even. The place was a mess with trash and tools left all over the partially new flooring. I was so stressed my husband told him he was fired. If I hadn't been so financially invested (my own fault for trusting him), I would have told him to leave before my husband did. Many days he did not even show up to work, leaving the job up to a young assistant that obviously was not trained to do this work. All jobs were started and none finished. No fixtures in the bathroom were replaced (vanity, toilet and medicine cabinet) and the walls were painted two different colors and needed to be painted again. The one fixture that was not being replaced (light over the medicine cabinet) was covered with paint as were a window, door window, door handle and fan in the bedroom. I have contacted ************* to settle a reimbursement and he has completely ignored me or tell me he wanted to settle out of court and would call me, then never call. This has been going on for a month with no satisfaction. I have many texts from him telling me he would contact me, obviously his word doesn't mean much either
