I brought my car to them because the engine light was on. They told me that it would cost $6,000 to fix it. I agreed reluctantly to this as I need the car. Five days later they call me and say it is ready to pick up but now the repair will cost $7,500. I was never asked nor gave permission for the additional money or repair. Went to drive it away from lot and the engine light is still on. Gave it right back to them. After 2 more days they call to say it is ready. They also advise me to not put any more money into the car as the transmission only has ***** or ****** more miles on it. They NEVER mentioned this previously before I gave them the $7***** or during their repairs. I drive it home and within 3 days it starts smoking out the exhaust. I return it to them as they said all repairs were guaranteed. After two more days they tell me that the Turbo is shoot and it now has even less than the ***** or ****** miles and not worth fixing. I have written them twice, called them once. No one will get back to me even to say they cannot do anything. This whole situation is a nightmare leaving me to go to someone else for their opinion or get another car and try to get rid of this one.
