On 07/9/2022 at roughly 4:45 PM, I came into this store as it was recommended by a friend's mother. I had a 22k gold necklace with a green emarld pendant shrouded in gold and a om pendant the size of a quarter. I told the front desk lady I am here for a hook repair. I told her not to mess with the existing hook as it will break. She proceeded to break my hook. She then took my necklace to the back to make the repair. She came back with my necklace minus the two pendant, I asked her where are my pendants. She proceeded to say "which pendants". I have her a description of the two of them, she said no they don't have it. The owner who is a male came out and started going off on me, very elder gentleman in his mid 60's if not older. He said no pendants were handed over. I proceeded to ask to see the video they said they would not let me in the back. I called 911 and they arrived in 10 minutes. Within 15 minutes upon arrival the law enforcement officer found my pendants and give them back to me.The owner proceeded to give me attitude and make it seem like I was wrong.This is a horrible place, with an owner and staff who are con artists. The owners daughter is a municipal Judge of *******
