              This storage space has an elevator that has been out of service for over a month without any resolution in sight. I had to move from a first floor locker to a fourth floor unit using the stairs. When I asked whats the best option I was told to haul all of my stuff down the stairs to a docking area bring my car around load all of my stuff to the car bring the car around to the front unload all of my stuff out, place it in a working elevator on a completely other side of the storage space and then transfer to my new unit.

              Horrible front desk service. ***** says she works for herself and doesnt have to go by any company rules. Im still not able to pay for my belongings after going through a personal situation that didnt allow me to pay. She belittles me and gives different prices depending on her mood. I just want to be able to move out comfortably and shes not allowing that.
