Something unfortunate has happened to the quality of service with Jammer Doors ** - they have a strong history and reputation, but a recent experience has left us completely dissatisfied (and frankly puzzled) with the handling of our install in October 2021. This was not our first install with **********************; the other jobs went fairly smoothly in years past. Provia is a high quality door, it seemed without question to use ********************** again for the Entry Door to our home. This Entry Door required at least 3 return visits to correct over a five-month period [COVID backorder issues were not a factor for this part of the job]. Though Sales, Engineer and Install Technician were all very professional when at our home, oversight of the project was not handled by one person; we were bounced from department to department and ultimately our main issue was never addressed: the door frame installed was not the frame we ordered. Other issues aside from this happened in conjuction: the frame was installed with a crack, the handle was scratched, and the molding was installed improperly and prevented the door from closing properly. When we met in the showroom (after the install), Mr. ********************** IV was very professional and friendly but ultimately did not expedite the fix or address the frame issue. The matter was escalated to Mr. ********************** III who ultimately called to explain in a most unprofessional tone, weve done all we can dothis job is in the redstop calling Jammer Doors. More distressing was that Mr. **********************s call sounded gender bias, and had No Caller ID (he called twice). For the owner of such a reputable company to use a private line is questionable and alarming.There are other Door Companies to consider over using Jammer Doors **!

A refund for your order was provided back in March 22'. We have had complaints from every installer in your house. Your significate others behavior has bared your home from our services as well as the manufacture of Provia. Our staff has been illegally recorded, belittled in every single manor and even the customer service reps that had tried to explain your order in detail. As such we gave a full refund on your storm door even though the order was completed as the contract stated. Mr. ********************** had called to ask you to stop the harassment on August 23rd, yet the harassment continues. A cease and desist will be following this review response. Thank you
