I took my dog into the store to make an appt. The groomer ran her hands thru the dogs coat before I made a appt. We discussed the cost for my dog. The groomer told me between ****** and ****** for FULL SERVICE.. depending on the condition of the dog. Because the appt. was over a month away I had to take him elsewhere. On Friday 4/12 they called to confirm the appt. I told them I had the dog groomed very short and that he didnt need a cut, but I would bring him in for a wash and dry. I asked how much that would be and the groomer [I swear to God] told me - "definitely less than ****** for sure". Only because I was interested in using this establishment on a consistent basis, I took the dog in.When I picked the dog up they hit me with ****** ...... the dog didn't get the full service! It got the wash and dry package. When I questioned them, she stood there lying thru her teeth!! ******* and trying to Gaslight me. In the meantime, they don't have any prices posted anywhere. Your at the young lady's mercy depending on what mood she's in? Or how your dressed? Or whatever. I requested a price list. They don't have one. I asked for a itemized receipt... they don't do that... Then after everything is said and done they text me a receipt with the heading My first name - middle name as "BANNED' - and then my last name. How businesslike was that while all along they know they got called out and lying to a customer... price gouging and overcharging.I feel like they owe me a portion of what they charged me. They have no price list anywhere to be found as of this minute so maybe they should be taken to small claims.

You were quoted $100-$130 and told this several times. You even tried to change your dog's breed after finding out this was what we charged for doodles. You asked the groomer on the phone when confirming that IF we were going to only charge $100 for a full service then getting just a bath and dry would be less. She did say yes IF that is what we wind up charging. You again were quoted $100-$130 for your doodle. You were then charged $110, not $117. There is sales tax in **, take that $7 up with them. We tried to explain all this to you and the owner was even called and put on speaker to hear everything. Again after trying to talk to you and explain, we couldn't get a word in. I'm sorry that you miss heard or only heard what you wanted to hear, but now you are being dishonest and quite frankly seem like a scammer since you tried to change your dog's breed.It is impossible to have a price list with all the mixed breeds and designer breeds coming out. They come in all shapes, sizes, and coat types. This is why everything is a quote until we actually work on the dog. This is also explained to you in our service agreement in which you signed.And yes you are banned, which we are sorry about because we loved your dog. We wish you the best with your next groomer.
