I brought my truck to ******* (had it towed), to run a diagnostic on the electrical system and find a leak. My truck sat in the lot for almost 2 weeks before I called for a status. I left a voicemail, no one answered immediately. A couple of hours later, I received call from ******* that they cleaned out the drain channel in the sunroof that was most likely causing the leak. They also identified the alarm system as drawing excessively from the battery. The owner (*****) recommended to disconnect the alarm. I asked him not to, as it was not only an alarm but also remote starter. When I picked up the truck 2 days later, the radio lost power whenever I put the truck in drive. They did indeed disconnect the alarm, even though I asked not to, and missed connecteing one of the wires. When I returned home, I tried the remote starter, and it beeped twice (as normal), but it wouldn't start up. I drove back to ******* to notify him that they must have missed a wire or something. He denied that he or his tech missed anything. They wouldn't even look at it, even though I insisted it worked fine before I brought it too him. Now I have to take my truck somewhere else and pay to fix ******* mistake. What's the most appalling is their refusal to even check that they messed up.
