      I placed an order with Wine Chateau on June 2nd, 2024 for 12 bottles of 2021 for Francios De La Roche Savignon Blanc, Order **********. The site said it shipped 6/5. FIRST PROBLEM with this business, is that the tracking is bogus. It takes you to a blank Google Page. So on 6/11 I contacted them for shipping update. They jerked me around for the next 8 days about actual shipment so on 6/19 when I still hadn't received it, I informed them that I was placing a dispute on my Credit Card that morning. Ironically, the shipment shows up at my house that afternoon. SECOND PROBLEM, the shipping contractor forged my signature for delivery (I have Ring Camera for Proof I didn't sign). THIRD PROBLEM, they did not send me what I ordered, they send a 2023 vintage not the 2021. At their request, I sent them pictures of what was delivered. On 6/20 they offered a 15% refund if I would keep the bottles that were sent. I agreed and took the dispute off the credit card knowing that they would then refund 15%. FOURTH PROBLEM, I never got the refund, reached out again on 7/18. They said the were waiting on the funds from credit card to be out back into their account which was a total falsehood as the credit card company had already processed it. I reached out again 9/5 and then 10/2. On that 10/2 inquiry, they stated they weren't giving it to me. Therefore, here I am creating a claim. This company is AWFUL and I really wish I had read the reviews. I am looking for my refund of 5% of the $231.64 order which would be $34.75. I would like this refund to my credit card. This company should not have a business license with all of its terrible business practices.

      Company sent the wrong product. Product delivered did not match the product in the listing. This relates to whisky. There is a clear taste difference between the two whiskies in the product shipped to me and the one shown in the receipt. We’ve had them both; the reason why I purchased this bottle is because it had the label shown in the receipt. I contacted the business about this several times, and they will not send me a return label or process a refund.

      Ordered a case of wine on August 11th and never received a tracking number emailed several times and now I am blocked or the email address has been changed when to the web site and tried there and still would not go threw. When I ordered the wine it said it was in stock and had 4 day shipping now it has been 17 days and still nothing I have attached the emails and receipt

      I got in contact with wine chateau today. They issued me a full refund for my purchase. There reason that they were unable to fulfill my order is because they no longer were able to get this product back in stock

      Placed an order for one bottle of Tequila for about $300 around 05/10/24, then received a confirmation on 05/15/24 that the order was shipped. order no. is ********. The tracking site never got updated, does not show any progress and the "support" does not respond to any emails. When calling, I was lied to that the order was going to be delivered today. Nothing got delivered and the fake tracking site still shows the initial information from 9 days ago.At this time, I consider this "business" to be a complete fraud and unless I get my money back by the end of day tomorrow, I will also file a fraud complaint with local authorities in ** as well and will also file an internet fraud complaint with my credit card company.

      This company advertises wines they don’t have, sends the wrong wines, then gives 15% off to try to scam you into keeping it. I bought this 2027 and they sent me bottles of 2019. They told me they didn’t have it so they decided to send what they had without asking me. They tried to give me 15% off to keep it, but their fees had already increased the price over market value. I returned the wines and have not received my money back. Now I see that they are still advertising this wine and they know they don’t have it!!!

Received 1 of 4, contacted company and was told all were shipped when website said 1/4 shipped. Contacted company, they continued to say all shipped and have stopped responding to my emails. I only asked for wine or refund on 3, no answer.

      Placed an order for a specific wine. The business sent the incorrect wine. When I returned it, they promised a refund within 6 days. It's been over ten days and I haven;t recceived my refund despite trying to contact them. Order Number ********** Total refund due - $149.47

      Please note that the compant I filed ********** was finally resolved by the vendor. Once I filed the BBB complaint, they immediately sent me a refund and apologized.

      I placed an order for three bottles of wine around noon EST on Friday, May 26, 2023 (one week ago from the date of this written complaint). The total was $76.61. It was a holiday weekend so I didn't expect delivery right away, but when the following Tuesday came and went without receiving any email order confirmation, fulfillment or shipping update, I decided to call the company. The line rang and rang. No one picked up. I tried calling several times that day, as well as Wednesday and Thursday of that week. No one answered, until finally someone answered on Thursday afternoon. I gave her my name, she "looked up my order", and told me the order was with the carrier and that it would arrive soon. I said "but the order says 'Unfulfilled' in my online account". She said it would be updated at the end of the day, and the was pretty eager to hang up with me. The next day I checked and the status had not been updated, and I had not received any shipping update or tracking information. My card was charged (I'm trying to alert my bank but the fraud department has long hold times and I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone there either...), and I'm worried that asking for a refund will be a waste of time, and I'm also concerned because I tried logging back into my account to take a screenshot of the order number and items ordered to upload to this BBB complaint form, and they are locking me out of the online account. They have the "click here to reset your password" and an email was sent to me to do so, but I'm fearful of clicking on any link that comes from them, as they seem to be a scam of a company.

      One order was placed on 12/5/2022 and a second order was placed on 12/6/2022. Received an email on 12/8/2022 that the first order was at the warehouse and ready to ship. Received another email on 12/12/2022 that the second order was ready to ship. I was given a tracking number for both items but the tracking numbers aren't active. When I contacted Wine Chateau they told me that the items have shipped and to be patient. I have repeatedly asked for them to cancel my order and to refund me - as I paid for shipping insurance. They will not refund me!
