      order placed on december 12th for qty (2) "instock" items according to their website, made contact via email on 12/18 and 12/19 asking for shipping onformation, **** responded with canned response of "Thank you for reaching out, your order is allocated and going to be shipped very soon. You will receive the notification of shipping very soon. We apologize for the delay on your order, you will receive the tracking number very soon" twice. This is theft bu deception as no items are "in stock" as listed on website. I seek delivery of order that was paid for on 12/12 and compensation for theft by deception.

      Last year I purchased a one year reserve pass = free shipping on all orders. But 2 or the last 3 orders were never fulfilled. I would place an order, would be charged, and for weeks no communication regarding the orders. I unsuccessfully emailed the company a few times and then called. After requesting a portion of the yearly fee be refunded a few times, I got the refund, However, I told them that I was not renewing the yearly reserve pass because of the below average experience. But the company went ahead and charged me, sent me an email, etc. at midnight 12/13/2022. I went on the website and was unable to cancel the order. Plus there is no where on the website where I can delete any credit card information stored on the site. The only thing I was able to do was delete the addresses on file. The website needs to be over hauled to allow members better control of their personal information. This business is not trustworthy.

      Order placed on 11/19/2022 for tequila bottles. A few days later Wine Chateau sent an email that the items were in stock however I then noticed my online order details were changed to completely different items on 11/28/2022. I then called wine chateau asking about this and they admitted they did not have the items I purchased in stock and were attempting got switch it different and cheaper items without approval or notice. I advised manager if the items I purchased are out of stock then to please cancel and refund order. Manager agreed to cancel and refund order. After getting off the phone my order status then changed to completed with a blank tracking. I called back to ask about this and all they said was they will issue refund . I am still waiting on a Refund.

      Over a month ago I ordered wine. According to their shipping policy In most cases, an order gets process within 1-2 business days. However, It can take 3-5 business days in some cases. Once the order is processed and shipped, please allow extra Shipping Carrier transit times from ********** to your destination. Then there is transit time from ********** to your destination. Refer to our shipping info page for more information.. The wine never shipped. Now that I have asked for a refund the only response I get is that the order is preparing to ship. No refund, no product.

      Ordered 3 items on 3/29/2022 (Order No. ********* ) for a total of $233.74. Two of them were delivered by 5/4/2022 but as of 6/16/2022 the third item still has not shipped.Emails asking for an update just received the boiler plate reply of "these things take time, please be patient"The item I am waiting for (Bunnahabhain 12) is still available for sale on the website so it is hard to believe that it is a sourcing issue.

      I ordered from the company on 4/10/2022. The item has not been delivered and says it is still pending I have called numerous times and sent emails. It was supposed to be delivered in 5 to 7 business days the total was ****** and the confirmation number was *********. It wa shaken from my bank account the same day please help resolve this issue this is terrible business!!!

      I placed an order with WINE CHATEAU on January 19th. On January 26th, I received an email saying some items are out of stock. I asked them to refund those items and send the rest out. On January 27th, I received an email saying the order is being prepared, but didn't ship out until January 29th. The order was delivered to the wrong address or wrong person! The courier acknowledged they made a mistake and misdelivered the package. The merchant asked me to wait until Wed 2/2/22 because the package might still be delivered, but told me If it wasn't, I would be refunded! Not to mention they charge for insurance to cover incidents like this. I called today, 2/8/22, and was told that are not going to resolve the issue. The merchant kept telling me that I ordered from them before and had a similar situation, but I've only been at my address for 6 months and have never ordered from them. This merchant needs to be red flagged!

      On 11/29/21 I placed an order for 2 items a bottle of Four Roses Bourbon Single Barrel, Luxardo Liqueur Maraschino and optional shipping insurance. The order number is *********. The total came to $124.47, and my credit card was charged on 11/30/21. I have no idea if this is even a tracking number, but the track order application I was directed to use gives me the following number: D496E33BB607C40E. Per that application, I was told the product had left their facility on 12/3/21. As of 12/15/21, I still have not received anything. All I can get from the company in response to my outreach is a generic automated email response telling me the product has left their facility.
