I went into the place to have them fix a vibration, put new tires on it , drop the oil pan and replace the transmission oil filter. I came in and told the guy I specifically wanted a softer riding tire than what I had on it before . And that I wanted 37 instead of 35s. He eventually talked me out of 37s somehow and recommended that I put some wildpeak at3 at almost 400 a piece. It took 3 days and constant having to call them for an update. When I left the place the **** was about **** dollars What I got was 2 new ball joint to fix the vibration (only thing they did right) , they did not change the transmission oil filter or drop the pan, instead they charged me 400 to do barely a 60% flush which is actually not good for your car at all. And the worst part , they fitted my single cab, XL aluminum bodied pickup (lightest quarter ton model from ***** on F rated tires!!!! I didnt realize this until months later because immediately after I got the truck back I had to fly to Georgia for work. After realizing what a hazard it is to drive this truck with **** flimsy one tires on it I went in to tell them how horrible it rides. He recommends I put new steering stabilizers on the truck when it doesnt even have those and never needed them before. He does this while muttering under his breath the customer is always right repeatedly over and over.Fast forward about a year later when I can no longer stand driving my truck its so uncomfortable because of the tires, I go in one more time and I ask the guy at the front counter if he would install these tires (those they already installed) on a truck like this. He laughed and said how stupid it would be and no one would ever do that. I went to two other competitors ****** down the road to get their opinion with urge same response.I begged the guy to please make right for selling me on some tires they probably couldnt get rid of and were obviously not a good or safe option for my truck no hel
