I placed an order with this company 02/21/2022, I have not received any correspondence from this company. I have sent several e-mails to them inquiring about my package. They have ignored them all. I have even tried to send them a message on their social media website. They have deleted my comments. At this point, I really want this company to be shut down for robbing people for their money!!!!!! If they're having any sort of delays, they should notify the customers.Initial Complaint

I ordered from this company on 2/20/2022 I received notification that the shipping label was printed on 2/26/2022 but the post office was still awaiting the package. Ive attempted to contact the company on 3/3/2022, 3/7/2022 & 3/15/2022 with no response back. I want my money back.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for 2 items on January 23rd 2022. As of February 22nd I still haven't received my order. I emailed the company requesting shipping information on my order. They responded with a tracking number. This tracking number shows a shipping label having been printed but the items hadn't been received at **** for shipping. I have emailed them twice since then and they haven't responded to my request for my order to be shipped or a refund of my money. I had ordered some items all the way from **************, I had give them my sister in law address in ******* to deliver it. They could If contacted her because her number was on the shipment info, just because they didnt give the delivery driver the house number the items was sent back. I email Waist magnet on four occasions but no answer. Poor customer service. I need my refund back please.
